Click subscription to receive the REIN subscription document which you will fill out to purchase a REIN. Before investing you should read the subscription document in its entirety.

To complete a REIN purchase:

► Fill out the Investor Information and Note Information sections at the beginning of the Subscription Document.

► Sign and fill in all information in the Signatures section at the end of the Subscription Document. Leave the Acknowledgement section blank. This will be filled in by NGE, and a signed copy of the Subscription Agreement will be returned to you by mail.

► Enclose a check for the amount of your REIN purchase written to "New Generation Energy, Inc."

► Mail all documents and the check to:
