Chuck Lewin, President

Chuck Lewin has been a leader in both the business and non-profit worlds for more than twenty-five years. In 1979 he co-founded L&M Software, a developer of software for the personal computer market. In 1991 he founded and managed Performance Motion Devices, Inc., a Lincoln, MA-based manufacturer of motion control electronics and software that provides automation solutions to Fortune 1000 companies. In 2001 he founded and was Director of Art Interactive, a Cambridge-based non-profit organization exploring art & technology. In 2006 Mr. Lewin founded New Generation Energy, where he is Executive Director and primary architect of NGE's innovative financing and project development system. Mr. Lewin serves on a number of non-profit boards including Art Interactive and the Cambridge-based Brattle Film Foundation.

Jessica Graf, Clerk

Jessica Graf is an attorney in the Syndication practice group of Greenberg Traurig. She concentrates her practice in real estate finance, environmental law, land use, and energy projects. She focuses on the tax and business issues of raising investor capital and regularly advises energy industry clients on a wide variety of environmental counseling and permitting issues. Her experience includes regulatory, transactional and project development matters for renewable energy and other energy projects. Ms. Graf regularly advises energy industry clients on a wide variety of environmental counseling and permitting issues and is also a frequent speaker on renewable energy facility development. Previous to her position at Greenberg Traurig, she was a member in the Syndication practice group of Nixon Peabody.

Susan Alvey,

Susan Alvey is an expert in organizational and leadership development. She designs and delivers groundbreaking leadership development solutions for corporate clients and works closely with executives to ensure that their leadership capabilities support their business strategy. She works to align structures, leadership roles, and incentives to optimize organizational functioning. She earned a BA from Smith College, an MBA from Northeastern University, and her Doctorate in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix. Her doctoral research focused on trust relationships within executive coaching. Current clients include health care, financial services, and technology firms. She also teaches in Babson College’s Fast Track MBA program.

George Demoulias,

George Demoulias is presently an Assistant Vice President at State Street Bank and Trust Company in Boston, MA. He is responsible for investing State Street’s capital in domestic energy projects and performs transaction due diligence such as market research, financial modeling, valuation analysis, and risk analyses. He also manages the day-to-day operations of the investment portfolios while identifying new areas for energy investments and prospect for new investment opportunities. George is also an angel investor in a specialty retail chain venture. George is a graduate of Bentley College where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management. He is currently in his final year at Boston College where he will graduate with a Masters in Business Administration with a focus in strategy and finance.
